SEQUENTIAL TIMER CONTROLLER

Sequential Timers are based on Latest Microcontroller devices and can give up-to 16 outputs (higher on request).

These work on 230VAC / 110 VAC and are compact in size


SEQUENTIAL TIMER CONTROLLER
I. Three type of Time settings are available
  • ON time ond Off Time are Common.
  • OFF Time common for all Outputs, while ON time settable for individual outputs.
  • ON Time and OFF time are both individually Settable .
Standard time ranges are from 00.01 to 99.99 Seconds. or Minutes or Hours. Please specify while ordering.

II. Type of operation:
  • Single Sequence : After one sequence of operation is over the Timer stops waiting for an start input for next operating cycle.
  • Cyclic Sequence : After one sequence of operation is over the Timer stops for the set OFF time and again the sequence is repeated . This cycle continues till the stop input is given.
  • Current channel status is provided on front display.
III. Energising the Unit

Starting the Timer sequence can be from External Pulse or Directly on Power ON, as the case may be.

IV. Thr ee Models are available :
  • Upto 5 Outputs.: In this model inputs are also available for start, stop etc. It has 6 digit 7 segment display with size of 48 x 96mm fromt and 150mm Depth.
  • Upto 10 Outputs.: In this model one can select upto 10 outputs. In case one wants to select fewer channels the same can be selected and others will be bypassed. It has 6 digit 7 segment display with size of 48 x 96mm fromt and 150mm Depth.it also has start input facility
  • Upto 16 Outputs. It has a 2 Line alphanumeric LCD display. which can be used for flashing Messages on the display. It has 3 keys for setting the time values.Size is 96 x 96 mm front and 150mm Depth.
Power OFF Status Saving Facility :

If, During Operation the Power Fails in Between, Then on Power resumption the Unit starts from the Point it stopped. e.g. suppose OP3, which is set for 30 seconds, is presently On and Power fails after 15 seconds are elapsed. then after Power resumes the Output PO3 will remain ON for balance 15 seconds and nex sequence continues. Output can be solid state NPN ( for PLC ) or Relay of 5 Amp /230VAC resistive load. Other common Features are - Memory Back up- to store the Time Values, Compact size,230VAC operating voltage, Rugged Construction, Specially Designed noise filters, Optically Isolated Inputs and Outputs.

Any other special features required can be incorporated as per requirements.
